that vacation went well.. except....

My Nexus 7's screen cracked a few days before the trip, so I was unable to blog while travelling.. my trusty Nexus One was very useful, but too small for any serious writing.

Never mind, I'll post something about the trip soon! :)

This blog will be all about my vacation travels, starting with my upcoming trip to Canada's east coast: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island are all on my very rough itinerary.  I had thought to visit Newfoundland and go as far east as possible by visiting St. John, but the ferry from N.S. is just too expensive for this trip's budget.

Getting ready for this trip has taken me many weeks, preparing my bike by attaching hard plastic cases to carry my gear and getting said gear.  I'm almost ready, and will be leaving on Friday.  First stop will be Montreal to spend a weekend with a friend, and for this first leg my partner - Colby - will be travelling with me, though he'll be taking my car so he has a way to get back home again when I head on to N.B.
